Osteopathy is a whole-body form of manual healthcare that looks at the interrelationship between structure and function. We used hands-on techniques to diagnose and treat a wide range of issues. Common conditions we see are headaches, neck pain, back pain and joint problems. Rather than treating just the symptoms, we try to get to the root cause of the issue and consider how lifestyle and social factors may be influencing it.

Dry needling is a technique we learn through further study. It involves inserting thin, solid needles into trigger points in muscles.. The needles promote blood flow and are effective in reducing muscle tension.

At Nudge Osteopathy, we believe long-term recovery is built on strength and movement. If we reduce your pain together but you continue doing what you normally do, chances are the pain will reoccur. To compliment our hands-on treatment, exercises and advice will take you from strength to strength.
