What is involved?
I’m not going to load you with a bunch of exercises and hope you do them. I know better than that. While some people love having a structured set of exercises, most people, including myself, don’t want to spend 30-60 minutes a day doing exercises my osteopath has prescribed me.
That is why we will begin with 2-3 exercises that are specific and targeted for your condition. They will in writing for you so you don’t forget them and they won’t be too complicated.
I can safely say that doing the exercises will have a positive effect on you and your health.
