Hello and welcome! I’m Ros, a fully qualified and registered osteopath practicing out of Nudge Osteopathy. With a love and passion for people, I aim to empower through better health and wellbeing.

My path to Osteopathy began in High School. Once known as "the girl on crutches" I’ve had my fair share of sports injuries. Experience working as a sports trainer and athlete relaxation massage therapist, community placements and volunteering overseas further developed my love for Osteopathy and the joy it brings.

I believe there are many ways to live and to achieve health and wellbeing. My goal is to find what works best for you and guide you along that journey.

I enjoy using a hands-on approach to treatment and love treating a variety of conditions.

About Me

Curiosity and compassion are two of my biggest values. They’ve led me to new activities, the discovery of places, & rabbit holes in physiology, psychology, cultures etc., meeting many people along the way.

Growing up I was heavily involved in Netball and Basketball. Now, movement looks different day to day, cycling, walks, beach swims, gym and occasionally social salsa.

I recently completed 6 months backpacking in Southeast Asia volunteering along the way. A women’s NFP (C4C Vietnam) gave insights into eastern philosophy and women’s health which I’m keen to explore further.

Something I love about osteopathy is that there’s always more to learn. I’ll always aim to do what’s best for you, in conditions a little tricky that may mean trying a different approach or referral on. As I’ve said before “if I can’t yet, I’ll find a way or I’ll find someone who can”.
